01 How do I know which battery fits my forklift?
The fastest path is sending us your forklift's make, model, and serial number — or just the dimensions of your existing battery compartment. We'll cross-reference and confirm the correct fit before you order. You can also use the model number printed on your current battery (e.g., 18-125-15 or 12-85-9) to find a direct replacement.
02 What does "refurbished" actually mean?
Every battery goes through a 5-step reconditioning process: cleaned, desulfated, acid-leveled, load-tested, and certified. We strip them down, restore the plates to peak conductivity, balance the electrolyte across every cell, and verify performance under real working loads before they ship. They're not just visually cleaned — they're functionally restored.
03 What's covered under the 1-year warranty?
Full coverage on workmanship and performance for 12 months from delivery. If a cell fails or you experience performance issues outside normal wear, we'll work with you to repair or replace. Misuse, physical damage, and improper maintenance aren't covered — but for any legitimate manufacturing or refurbishment defect, you're protected.
04 How fast do batteries ship?
Every battery ships within two business days of order confirmation. Shipping to the lower 48 states is free — no surprise freight charges, no fuel surcharges, no hidden handling fees. Transit time depends on your distance from our warehouse, typically 3–7 business days for delivery.
05 Do you offer fleet or bulk pricing?
Yes. For orders of 5 or more units, or for ongoing fleet maintenance programs, contact us directly for custom dealer-direct pricing. Email or call us with your fleet size and typical battery needs and we'll put together a quote tailored to your operation.
06 What's your return policy?
Every order includes a 10-day return window from the date of delivery. If the battery isn't the right fit for your equipment or doesn't perform as expected, contact us within those 10 days and we'll arrange a return. Batteries must be in original shipped condition.
07 Do you accept core returns / trade-ins?
Yes — we accept old batteries as cores for trade-in credit. Reach out before you order and we'll walk you through the core return process, including how to package and ship safely. Cores in serviceable condition earn the most credit toward your new purchase.
08 Do you sell new batteries too?
We specialize in refurbished industrial batteries because the value-to-performance ratio is unbeatable for most fleets. That said, if you need new and have a specific spec in mind, get in touch — we can source new units when refurbished isn't the right call.
